I swear

I can swear
I have not written one line
I cannot even write one line

Nothingness (unfinished)

I feel intense pain. It is not bodily pain, neither mental, but rather that heart sinking feeling. I want separation from everything outwardly, to live beyond the reach of anyone who knows me, for I do not know myself. When I do not know myself, how am I supposed to interact with anything?

There are wars.
Humans are never happy.
I said and it all became a lie.
I want to hide, within my own shell.
What is so wrong, with it?
But, would I be happy?
I do not know.
Is it worth knowing anyways,
I would think so.
How can I erase

Stupid Heretic

Why should I not be a creative evolution of Mohammad
Have I suffered any less than the Messiah
Do I stutter any less than than Moses
Am I any less important than Abraham
Was I any less clay than Adam
Then why this morass

Just show up, just a peak
For I am looking at the wrong door
I long for light
I feel light
But these eyes yearn for your presence

If all these remain illusions
Then let yourself be an illusion too
Come talk to me too
I am tired
It has been one-sided chatter for too long
You will find my love,
I long for nobody else.

Why hide?
You made these eyes,
Made me yearn to see you,
Yet, you remain hidden,
Within these clay pots.

Let me assure you,
I am the lowest of the low,
But I have become, what I am,
From longing for you, unknowingly, knowingly

Let these words be the testament,
Who has no Oneness?
I am going mad here, swinging between answers
I find no solution, in the answers either.

Montaigne in the now

I am thankful for writing a post, after a long time, where I do not have a subject matter for, rather just awry, haywire thoughts, all jumbled up in a beautiful piece of art. I would like to quote Montaigne first:

"The trick is to maintain a kind of naive amazement at each instant of experience—but, as Montaigne learned, one of the best techniques for doing this is to write about everything. Simply describing an object on your table, or the view from your window, opens your eyes to how marvelous such ordinary things are. To look inside yourself is to open up an even more fantastical realm."

Montaigne mentions the secret to living an amazing life, and I can testify the amazing results it holds, along with a Hellenistic maxim: "amor fati" that is the cheerful acceptance of whatever happens or love of ones fate. The two ideas collide, to result in an amazing life full of appreciation, love and mystery. I am living in an interesting period of my life. I have found an amazing girl, who has taken over my existence in the most amazing way. I am still going through the initial period, where everything is beautiful, just taking a breathe has an artistic beauty, rivaling those of any pieces from Michelangelo or Raphael. However, I am also conscious, that my existence, always in constant, influx and out-flux, will change, and change for the better. The conventional wisdom says, at least from the older people, which I see no example in the life around, is that love dies off, and the marriages turn sour, as a result. It sounds reasonable, I guess. However, I am compelled to do just that for this love, even for a moments sake, is a blessing. Who else would know the euphoria of love? And, I being a skeptic, can tell you, I am not the one to accept things at face value, or at least, hastily.

I want to express myself in a manner, analogous to a mad animal, because I would be free of any prejudices, biases and rational, except the true self. I am led to believe, that my love has to stem from something very primordial, constant and ever-existing--whatever it might be. I have to tap into my carnal self to understand the realities that present to me, instead of me sketching new realities.

The primordial self is not something that anyone should fear or even question. It is beautiful and perfect in its understanding and expression, considering it finds itself in an expression through the body. Instinct has to be connected with the primordial me, for instinct seems to fit into places.

I am not concerned with the past, nor concerned with the future. I am concerned with the now of things, right here. Just a word rolled over from her beautiful lips, a moment worth of loving gaze, her touch, her laugh, her attention, her presence, her subjects of discussion, her exciting hair, and I could go on in the most mundane and monotonous activities, are a source of joy.

For what is love, has been a question since the invent of humanity, starting from Adam. Not to imply, love was absent before humanity. Just that, humanity was able to see its own reflection, and recognize the different states of being. And, I am certainly not the one to start the debate here, for I wish love can be expressed in anyway other than metaphors, for feelings are states of being, without clear words for expression. So the next best thing is to resonate the feeling with feelings created through metaphors, although a very poor method of understanding feelings, but the only one we might have. However, I will say one thing. Love is amazing. Love is not infatuation, crush, lust, craving, but is more intense that anyone else. Love is selfish and altruistic in its every sense. There is a dominant example in Sufi traditions, where a lover is analogous to a moth. A love loves like a moth loves the light. The light may be, and usually is detrimental to moth's existence, but moth flies towards it without doubting even for a second, and loses all sense of being to achieve and become one with the light. What light does to the moth, that makes moth forget death or any other conscious except the urge to fly towards the light, without anyone ever explaining to the moth what light is or the possibility that light can kill the moth and even the notion of madness, somehow obliterating moths own existence for the light, even though light can provide nothing material to the moth, is exactly what love is. Love should incite a flame so true, so absolute, so inevitable that its hard to face away from it. If by any chance, anyone finds a reason for love, let that love be damned. For love is eternal mystery, eternal lack of equilibrium, madness if you might. However, everything else looks damp in comparison.

I am thankful to my special one. I request Oneness to provide me even half of the pain--read extacy--of the love I have found, and I will become a follower, that prophets, and hell, even  Messiah will cringe. I was born to love. We are all born to love. We all should love. We all should at least try. If not, at least keep the option open. However, I would say, love cannot be brought up, or forced into, or any form of attachment. Love hits from a dimension unknown. And, what an amazing collision it is.

Killing Life

Who is it, that cannot live with another self,
it is I, that cannot live another self,
I and you are different,
We look different, we wear different,
We talk different, We do different,
Yet, we feel the same.
Why is it, I cannot co-exist,
Why is it, I
Do I not feel the pain?
I do.
Do you not feel the pain?
You do.
Yet, we continue to suffer,
As if, we were always meant to suffer.

Who is this I? Who is this you?
Are these not just confusion of words.
For we all feel a singularity,
Yet the symbols and sounds, confuse us.
We can just be,
Or, we can just be,

Lord, if this is all they will,
Why am I hurt in this process.
I cannot call upon myself to hurt another,
Yet, I continue to hurt all.

Let your divine will,
Shine through this lowly beggar,
Let your omnipresence,
Consume my being.

I wait patiently,
Yearning for your sake,
For I with you,
Is the only farce,
This lowly dirt can see.

Metamorphsis

Why do I write? Why does anyone write? To get fame? I am not sure. I just write. Hoping, if these words are ever discovered, they might understand the amazing fact existence is. The mysteries, the enchantments, and the pains, are all wonderful testaments to the existence.

What wan to say is one thing, and it seems to be the nectar of everything I have said or not said:

Feel.

Feel your heart. Do whatever it takes, even if its a sin, to feel.

Just Feel.

Please, feel.

And, in feeling, you will find presence.

Leave the lowly thoughts,

And, your thoughts will be one with your heart.

Singularity.

Self in Totality

It is a weird feeling. I am feeling it, I keep feeling it. No words, I find can explain this feeling. How do I convey this feeling, that I am having? I do want to convey the feeling, but perhaps not at the expense of you feeling the feeling.

I wonder, why is it so easy for some to talk at length. I seem to have lost the art of--or rather, perhaps I never had it, to begin with--talking. I make symbols through sound, that I feel convey my understanding of the world. However, I am skeptical that my understanding ever gets transferred. Instead, I might be deceiving myself--as my noise symbols through sound, made when I talk, or any other symbol of communication, like letters in this blog post, are to influence your actions to my need or facilitate myself.

I cannot understand somebody else's mind in totality.

I cannot convey myself or my mind, the real me, in totality.

However, even then I have a feeling that my understanding is transferred, perhaps because the bodily actions I would do, as a result of the understanding or during the initial transferring of the understanding, or at least my expectations of the resulting actions from the understanding, (all are my word-action relationship understand) correspond to your actions,

Therefore,I feel I have transferred the understanding.

Perhaps, I or anyone does not need to understand a person in totality. Perhaps, just knowing a few things may be enough to convey an understanding. If that is true, then I can know about you by just looking at your clothes. Perhaps there is a little grain of truth, but may be if I know a few things about or hear you talk about a specific topic, I would know your understanding. However, it does not sound right in the sense, that I am making one assumption, Your understanding of the individual words and the collective usage of the words will develop the same understanding in me. Which cannot be proved or disproved. What can be proved or disproved is that I will be able to make a set of actions potentially ascribable to you, based on what you said. These set of actions will come from the set of actions I will ascribe to the understanding I developed as a result of your talk.

But, the set of actions I ascribe to the understanding, may be different to the set of actions you would ascribe. Plus, we both may have the exactly same set of actions, yet different understandings. However, for us, as long as the physical manifestation in the form of actions of your understanding match our understanding of a topic, time, religion, object, abstract, simple, complex, or any other conveyable symbol, we utilize to carry out in our lives--the understanding has been conveyed. That is it. As long as we continue to get the actions we like or accept, matched with the same words we would to describe them, the understanding has been conveyed. As soon as an action is carried out, which you thought entailed the understand, but we never thought before, change occurs.

The mental state, the picture behind the eyes or words, something that does not affect me, is rendered not only unimportant. But, in fact, this real understanding, per se, the understanding of self in totality, that every human has of the self, is rendered so unimportant (or perhaps taken for granted) that it is never even attempted to be communicated. Perhaps, it is being communicated. However, we do not concern about this mental state, the self in totality, until out-lier actions occur or our understanding of the words-action relationship is disturbed.

If you continue to play along, say the things I am comfortable with, and continue to do things that at least do not effect me, in any negative manner to me, continuing according to my word-action relationship understanding, I will not even consider your mental state--assuming that the word-action relationship understanding is mutual for both of us. I will not attempt to look into your self in totality because your communication with me is benefiting me since it matches my word-action relationship expectation.

Nevertheless, it is a sorry state. I should actively be letting you define the words, actions, separately, however you like, without any regard for words-action relationship. Even though by doing so, I might not understand you at all, but this would be a step towards understanding your self in totality.

In such a case, where I am not binding you with a word-action relationship understanding, as I said, I might not understand you, but on the flip side, if I do understand you, it would be you in totality. Your view of the world.

I am not even sure if any of this makes sense. Nevertheless, it is, what it is. I rest my mental mind.

If Event A=factorA plus factor B plus factor C and factor D=factor A plus factor C then

I am an event, a particular set of factors.

Every event is always preceeded by previous events.

        1. The best judge of understanding me is me

        2. I judge that no one else can ever understand me because understanding me means devoid

        3. However, I see people not realize that they are mere collection of factors that were necessisated from previous factors. They just assume their I or self. (3)

        4. Can you imagine what I felt the first time I ate aligator tails? If your answer is yes, then I am sorry what your imagining is not what I felt, but what you felt when you had the first aligator tail. If you have never had a alligator tail before then I am sorry you are out of luck and missing on this delicious treat. If I asked you to provide me with a description of alligator tails, How would you respond? If you were dumb enough, you would probably just say you cannot because you have never had it. Or if you are more adventurous, you would use imagination to come up with a feeling based on the description of food, I provide you. In this process, you will look back into your experiences to try to connect some of these experiences to my descriptions and produce a feeling similar to alligator delicacy. However, are you sure this feeling produced as a result of your imagination, is same as the feeling produced in me when I first tasted the tails? I am sure the answer is no. However, if somebody says yes then we can deal with skeptics too. Since the feelings produced in you from imagination and real objects is different. My taste of alligator tails is based on a real object while yours on imagination. Your best bet is to match your experiences with my description (2). However, even if one of the experiences I had are absent in your feeling then your feeling is different from mine. Since my feeling is based on first-hand experience and yours based on second-hand experience, we do not share the same first-hand experience and thus, have different feelings. Moreover, since my alligator tail taste is an essential part of who I am and since you can never feel my alligator taste experience, you cannot feel what its like to be me. Moreover, your experience of being me just involves experience of being you, an unescapable experience for you, while my experience of being me is devoid of your experiences of being you because I do not know your experiences. Therefore, you cannot in anyway feel or imagine or understand me.

        5. You might content that if we do not understand each other then how do we communicate?

        6. how do we communicate? reanalyze my essay.

        7. I is determined through reaction from other people. God is me.

        8. I choose my own causes of my personality

Discussion 1: quanory

what is anything? What is this or that? What is life what is death? And the questions remain endless. Yet the human soul's longing to find or submerge in the vastness or essence that has brought about this and that remains to be calmed. We are always on the way to somewhere, coming from somewhere. We just cannot or rather do not want to look beyond the illusion to find that there was no past, there will be no future, instead just an idea that has been imagined to be on journey by the vastness or essence itself. This idea is imagined by none other than the basic being where everything comes from but it has been left to the idea to break through the shackles of this illusion and submerge in the vastness which is before anything, before the question what is anything, before anything and everything.

The vastness cannot be comprehended by any tools given to us by the illusion. The vastness yet remains an integral part of the idea or illusion or the existence of anything. So how does the longing to submerge with the vastness end? It can only happen with the union of the idea with the vastness. So how can this union take place?

Perhaps the answer is to let the idea that is a human, decide how to submerge with the vastness.

Why write?

Why should I write, I sometimes wonder. Even though I do not know the reason, I have the urge to write. Not sure if its cathartic, or serves a larger purpose, or even if my philosophy will ever reach anyone. However, I do know, once my message is reached to even a single person, the differences, the usual grievances, sadness will all be replaced with a different experience, which would neither be good or bad, happiness or sadness.

Discussion 3: Allah and Oneness, Nothing Else (Beautified By Rumi)

Allah Always Knows Best. May Allah never allow me to say anything in His disrespect. Everything happens according to His will.

Amen.

I want to elaborate on Oneness as I use it in context of Allah or God and the proper grammatical usage. Proper grammar is important because without proper grammar, language or its sentences and phrase may give a different context or meaning; therefore, I want to emphasize on what I mean by Oneness and why I use it the way I use it.

Oneness is the essence of everything that is—by everything I literally mean everything including but not limited to actions, people, sects, meaning, world, words, sentences, things, table, universe, hear, voice, noise, listening, sight, eyes, smell, roses, perfumes, colognes, taste, pizza, any food or anything at all that we can imagine, conceive by any means, feel through all our senses that is hear, smell, taste, see or touch, anything at all.

If there is nothing then there is Oneness, if there is everything, everything is Oneness, everything is made out of Oneness (I use the word made out loosely, why? more about it following). Each and everything comes from it and each and everything returns to Oneness. When nothing existed, Oneness existed, when nothing will exist, Oneness will exist, when everything is existing, Oneness is existing. Oneness is not a vacuum, as vacuum itself is made of Oneness, Oneness is not nothingness as nothingness is made of Oneness; Therefore, to reiterate myself, Oneness is the all there is, there is nothing but Oneness. Although nothing can be compared to Oneness, as Oneness is above each and everything, but I will try to give an example, may Oneness forgive me, to illustrate what Oneness is. Imagine a colorless piece of cloth. Now, if you make protrusions out of it like putting a finger below it, it will take the form of a protrusion in the form of a finger. Now imagine the colorless cloth is infinitely big and you can make infinite amounts of protrusions in it, Oneness would be analogous to that colorless piece of cloth and protrusions will be anything that exists or conceivable by any means or simply anything that is. Now, you can make protrusions big or small, any size, any color, any shape, or any kind of protrusion but the base material would be the same colorless cloth. You see where I am going with this? Oneness would be like that colorless cloth and protrusions will be anything that there is. At the same time, since the colorless cloth is the same piece, so all protrusions, although having separate identities with shape, color or however, will be made out of the same thing and connected with each other. Exactly, the same way Oneness works. Everything is Oneness but yet maintains its own apparently distinct identity.

People may call this oneness by different names: Allah, Yahweh, Ram, Om, God, Ahura Mazda, Khuda or by any other name. However, I call it Oneness, and find it more appropriate, since that explains it best in English Language. Plus, other names come with historical connotations or baggages, which Oneness does not, and since Oneness is everything, Oneness incorporates all the names too.

I hope that Oneness is clear now and what I mean by it. We are all Oneness, we are just protrusions but we do not realize what we are with obvious exceptions. How to realize Oneness is another discussion, that have been dealt with in previous discussions and will be talked about more in the future.

Oneness, the name, the word itself, should always be used with a capital "O" for respect and it has no sex or gender, so to refer Oneness by He, She or It, will be demeaning or derogatory, by all means, as sex or gender are protrusions of Oneness themselves. Therefore, if Oneness needs to be addressed as a third person, in grammar, then a new term, I am introducing, to maintain the sanctity of Oneness, is and from here on will be used: O. So, if I need to say, for example that Oneness is great: I would say: O is great. If I want to say Oneness is the greatest of all and knows all, I would say: O is the greatest of all and knows all. In another instance, if I would need to say Oneness is love and beauty, I would say: O is love and beauty.

That brings us to another great part, O is love and beauty. There is, and there can never be, anything more beautiful and lovely than O. All the love and beauty in the world is because of Oneness as it comes from within. Love and beauty are subjective and come from within, but where that within comes from is Oneness which is like that colorless cloth connecting us to Oneness and everything around us.

Oneness is a beautiful word, at the same time, I find Allah as a universally beautiful word. Oneness is just an English version for Allah, and clears the understanding behind Allah, as a lot of baggage and connotations have been attached to it. Perhaps, the same thing is true with other names, mentioned earlier or in use for God. However, I am inclined towards Allah, as I find it amazingly beautiful.
Mohammad (Peace Be Upon Him) was a revolutionary, because he said "la illaha illAllah" which is usually translated as "There is no god but Allah" at the same time, it can be translated as "There is no god but God. The first translation can be seen in historical context where Allah was one of the many gods that Arabs had, and Allah was the god of creation or Creator god. Nevertheless, Allah equals God, no matter how one sees it, whether in historical context or whatever context. Therefore, we can derive the second translation where it means "There is no god but God". I am leaving out the second and important part where it says "Muhammad Ur Rassoolullah" or in English: "Muhammad is the messenger of Allah", intentionally for now as it will be discussed in forthcoming discussions, if Oneness Wills. However, coming back to the second translation, for a second forget about it and think if it makes sense to say: there is no I but I or there is no chair but chair or there is no sun but sun. Isn't it an obvious statement? Even may I dare say, unnecessarily redundant. After all, I am me and sun is sun and chair is chair, so what is the point of saying there it no I but I or any similar statements for anything else. I hope, I can convey the redundancy or seemingly unnecessary repetency, about the second translation that there is no God but God. Nevertheless, it serves a purpose, a very important purpose, exactly the reason that Muhammad was a revolutionary, unlike nobody else, since he (Peace Be Upon Him) puts an amazingly beautiful concept in a simple phrase that there is no God but God.
Now why do I say that 'there is no God but God', statement is amazingly beautiful and expounds, transcends love all around with just that even though I showed that it is redundant and repeated. To understand this, we have to dig deeper and understand what is meant by when we say God, or in other words, define God (Although Oneness = God, and I have already deliberated in detail of what Oneness is, I am trying to give an understanding of the word, in the word 'God's' historical context, the way it has been in use by others, since Oneness is a term that I have introduced and has no historical connotation or baggage). We can try at the best, as Allah knows best, as the understanding of God can never be given through words. It can only come from Heart, no words can describe or define God as God is the meaning of a meaning or a definition of a definition. What I mean is: try to give meaning to the word meaning or what does mean mean or how would one define meaning or what is meaning? In other words, what is the definition of a definition or what does one mean by definition or how does one define a definition? Where is the core basic definition or understanding or meaning of it all is coming from?

To understand it better, try to do an exercise, where take any word and define it, then define the word or words or phrase that are given as a definition of your chosen word, then further define the definition of the definition that you came up with for the chosen word, and keep doing it and what you will realize is that it will become circular or/and you will use all the words in the worlds but still fail to reach a core definition where the words defined used to define the chosen word and then further defining the chosen word's definition is undefinable. Therefore, there will be either one of them or both of the following conclusions to the said exercise: 1)the definition on further defining the definition of the chosen words repeated will become repetitive 2) the definition will keep including new words but fail to come to a word that is further indescribable in the sense that it would have no shades of grey of understanding for anyone.

The conclusion 2 is important because when you keep using new words to define the first chosen word, the meaning of words always have a shades of grey to them because we come to understand the meaning of a word or simply understand words through our experiences which we acquire as we are growing up (see also: discussion on exploring feelings). We all share a large chunk of experiences but we do have varied experiences and we begin to realize the differences in our understanding or meaning of words when we explore concepts in detail, for example love. We all have experienced love. We can have a discourse on love and listen and do things that comply to our understanding of love but when we elaborate on love, we see that our understanding is not exactly same. The same is true with justice, truth or any other word—especially the metaphysical concepts, that no two people will share the same exact understanding or meaning of a word when elaborated large enough. And we see the differences in meaning of concepts accentuated or standing out, when we meet people from different cultures, as they have vastly different experiences. However, we will also see that when we give a word to a single physical object, then we have exactly same experiences related to that physical object. However, when we try to use the same word for other physical objects, based on whatever similarities, we will encounter the same problem of shades of grey of understanding. A simple example can be chair. Now we all can imagine a chair, but when we come to defining a chair, our definitions might be different, even if they are similar once we further define the definition, we will start seeing the shades of grey. However, coming back to the conclusion 2, we will see that each word that explains the another word, will have a shade of grey and we encounter problems when we meet people with different shades of grey or different understanding of words than we have.
Therefore, it will never be possible to reach a word or a definition where we have exactly the same meaning and understanding, as we see the more words the bigger the spectrum of grey, thus the bigger the understanding gap. We can arbitrarily choose, a definition and ignore our experiences to reach a consensus but that would be us giving a meaning subjectively, rather than an absolute meaning. I guess, the reason that there is an absence of an absolute objective core word or definition of meaning without any shades of grey at all, that Wittgenstein called language "a game".

Nevertheless, I do not think that an absolute meaning without any shades of grey is missing, its just not realized or rather is unrealizable through words, logic or reason and that absolute meaning where all other meanings originate from is: God or Allah or Oneness. One of my great masters, Mevlana Jalaluddin Rumi once said: “That oneness you can't know by reasoning”.

Now, as a skeptic one would argue, its understandable that there might be no absolute word or definition without shades of grey but God as a source of all meaning? That does not follow through.

I understand and allow me to explain please.

To say there is no core absolute meaning to language and our communication is at best the conjecture based on shared experiences would render all our communication meaningless, imagine how dull, lonely, meaningless our communication or I even dare say, our existence will be. Whatever we are conveying, has no core basis to it, we are just reflecting back and forth some noises which just allow us to have actions that allow us to live on or carry on our life. There will be no sense no of selflessness, as we can never be selfless, as our only basis of communicating are our experiences, and we can only understand the other person through our own experiences, without ever, ever truly understanding the other person based on the sheer basis of other person's experiences. If we are involving ourselves in every communication, through our experiences, then how can we be selfless right?

Therefore, there has to be something at the core of it all, that is separate from us, yet connecting us, the core meaning per se, to have a selfless attitude and to have a "meaningful" conversation or communication.

From here on, logic or reason has no role to play, as I said earlier, the core or absolute meaning is unrealizable through words. It is based on feeling, that I am not trapped within my mind and that I can understand others based on their experiences without including my own experiences because I feel the presence of an absolute meaning. I feel that selfless actions exists, and that humans are very much capable of them. Even if I try, I cannot shun or ignore this feeling. To explain more, let me explain what I mean by the word or my usage of the word feeling. Apart from the physical stimuli that we get from our five senses, there are two more things present that make up a human consciousness or simply a human. These two things are: thoughts and feelings. Thoughts are what one might call intentions of the mind that occur straight from the mind and they happen as it is in the form of words. When I think, I am a good person, if the phrase: I am good person occurs directly, then it is a thought. Feelings on the other hand is what one might call intentions of the heart and they occur without words. We just feel. We feel and then give words to them, to explain what they are. They might also be described as a person's convictions without words. Using the same example that we used for thoughts. If I feel I am a good person, a feeling of goodness or a feeling of whatever might arise and then I will give it words, that I feel I am a good person. Therefore, if something occurs directly in us in the form of words, they are thoughts. If something occurs in us, which are not in the form of words, but we give words afterwards to describe it, then they are feelings. A feeling is a very distinct, undeniable experience from within, which needs words to be described. A person in which a feeling is rising, will know what the feeling is or what it is trying the person to compel to do something. To explain to the other person, the person in which the feeling rose, the person will look for words that will try to best explain the feeling. If the same person is explaining thoughts to the other person, then the person would not need any looking for words as the thought itself, occurred in the form of words.

Therefore, I feel the existence of an absolute meaning and I cannot deny it as I said before, even if I tried. Without this feeling, I will find it hopeless that communication has any more intrinsic value than self gratification. Since I do not find myself hopeless, therefore, the feeling might exist even if I do not identify it. In other words, this feeling also compels me to identify that an objective truth exists even without my existence, though I would only know it through my existence.

Now that I have connected the existence of an absolute meaning albeit my feelings, what is left is to connect the fact that this absolute meaning is indeed God or Allah or Oneness Oself. To do that, we have to first understand, what God is and God is Oneness, which is I like to call universally as Allah. I have already explained in detail, or at least attempted it, since Allah Knows Best, Oneness is everything. So, this feeling and absolute meaning both are Oneness. I have also mentioned that feelings come from within which in turn come from Oneness. Therefore, the absolute meaning is Oneness or God or Allah Oself.

After establishing the fact, that all meaning in the world or all meaning in human consciousness is derived from Allah or Oneness, we go back to our primary motive of why the statement "there is no god but God" absolutely beautiful, even though we saw that it was redundant and seemingly unnecessarily repetitive.

For one, the repetitiveness just shows and hints the redundancy of the existence of Allah or Oneness. Although I introduced the word Oneness, the reality of the matter is, the whole idea and discourse behind Oneness and that nothing existing except Oneness is simply stated beautifully through the statement: "there is no god but God". The redundancy and repetitiveness of the phrase is the most beautiful thing about it, as it includes and illustrates the idea of Oneness just so simply which has no historical precedence and no succession. Leonardo Da Vince said: "Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication" and this phrase is the perfect example of what Leonardo said.

Secondly, since God is everything, if we replace god by everything, we get: "there is no everything but God" or easily put "there is nothing but God." Therefore, bringing us a full cycle back to from where we started, with Oneness or Allah that there is nothing existing but just Allah Oself. Also, showing that Oneness is not a new concept or inclusion that I have brought, the name Oneness was just necessary to remove the historical connotations and baggage from Allah to show the essence of "La Illaha IllAllah" that "there is nothing but God". Plus, since Allah is a universally beautiful term and Oneness is just its English form, we can say the same statement as: "there is nothing but Allah" that nothing exists except Allah that Allah truly is One. If there is no other, if there is nothing else but Allah, if nothing is except Allah, then it is undeniable that Allah is One.

Third: it also brings into its fold, the idea that words when stretched become repetitive, from our exercise's conclusion 1, which again could just be another sign that there is just the repetitiveness of Allah all around, anywhere, everywhere. Each and every word, points to the repetitiveness of Allah for Allah is the only existence there is, when there is nothing but something, its bound to be repetitive. If we take the colorless cloth example again, how is it possible that the protrusions do not have the repetitiveness of the material they are made from? How is it possible that each and every protrusion provides nothing but the qualities of the original cloth? Therefore, it is not possible with the world as well, and each and everything in it, to yell and mean nothing but Allah as well, since it is nothing but Allah or Oneness.

Fourthly, the conclusion 2 from the exercise when explained further made us reach to the result that the core meaning of any language or word or phrase or sentence, is indeed Allah or Oneness.

Everything points to the existence of the One and Only, Indeed the One and Only, the Infinite, the most Overwhelming, the most Beautiful or for me, simply, Love—none other than Allah. And, Prophet Mohammad (Peace Be Upon Him) is the person, the messenger, who blatantly and simply, noted the obvious without any doubt, that it was divinely inspired.

Allah Knows Best. May Allah never allow me to say anything in Os disrespect. May Allah forgive me for my blatant excesses in this discussion. Nothing happens without the Will of Allah. Amen.

Reparations of a Sinner

My soul trembles,
as I am sinner, I sin with every breathe,
I sin day and night, I wish of a better me,
Yet, this sinner is devoid of repentence
I want to bow in adoration, in respect, in awe
in prayer, in light, in night,
Yet, my actions are of no use to the Great Holiness
that I want to beg forgiveness from
I am blessed without any bounds,
I am blessed with amazing family, friends and strangers
I am blessed for being a sinner, a sinner that I am
I want to cry a river, but my tears are of no use
They would just show to other souls of my material
how God fearing I am, how pious I am
But of what use are these? I dont want to show them,
I dont want to show myself, of the adoration and love
I have for thee, my beloved, my amazing friend,
my beatiful love, my everything, my inside, my outside
How can I even try to makeup for the great blessings
You have bestowed on me, how can I even touch an atom
of a sand, for the greatness you are, my current misery
of the failure to atone for my sins, my current misery
for the amazing nature you have which I can never be thankful enough
You continue to be a lover, a lover of no bounds,
how can lowlife creature like me ever be thankful enough
for your everything,
I am in despair, for I cannot be good enough,
I am in despair, for I cannot be of any material good for you
You know my love, how much I love you, right?
You know it right? Please, tell me you know it.
I ask for something, that my heart is not evolved enough for,
yet, I ask of you, my one and only,
You are amazing, who are you? Who would know except my lowly heart
My heart trembles, calls for you, in every breathe
Even my conscious breathe for thanking you, every single
breathe of asking for forgiveness, I know can never be enough
can never be enough, can never ever be enough.
I ask myself, why dont I pray? I get a reply: what use are they?
I am here, alone, all by myself, thinking of you, rejoicing in your thought
rejoicing every single breathe, that is because of you.
I thank my masters, I thank you for giving me masters, without whom
I would be lost. Although I am still lost, I am lost in your found.
A moment, as masters would say, I am something, in another I am something else
What am I? Remains a mystry to me. But, one is for sure, I love you with no bounds,
Not from my actions, for what are material actions worth after all?
I only, and can only love you from my heart.
I ask of you my most beautiful love, In fact, I beg of you, I plead
Please, please, please, let me satisfied for a moment for here is hell,
what else hell can there be? Physical fire, burning the material, causing me pain?
But this physical is not me by any means, lover and beloved, and who would know it
better than you. Might as well, say a few of my mind, but there is nothing in my mind.
Mine is only heart where I reside, with you my beloved. A union with you will be amazing
Its the most perfect reason for me being alive, but I am not capable enough to appreciate
your beauty, yet I yearn your union and you know it.

Discussion 2

Perhaps it is possible to interpret that Jesus by saying he was the son of God, he meant to say that all humanity was the children of God. The image of God is nothing but us, which is God himself. However, to get to the realization where Jesus was at, where the union with the oneness or God and where the non-dualism overwhelms our senses, takes certain hardships that Jesus went through himself. And, by taking the less taken path or the harder path, the path to seek nothing but the truth instead of looking for religions, perhaps, we can realize the union too, where it is the only reality and this illusion of dualism is vanished. Thus, we are revealed as what we really are, nothing but the oneness itself.

And, there have been other accounts, perhaps lesser known than Jesus, where souls have realized their true nature, and have called out themselves nothing but God. If this interpretation is taken as true, then perhaps we can see that Buddhism, Hinduism, Islam, Christianity or any word or any sect yells out or means nothing but God, and all that separates us from reaching the realization of Jesus is the lack of passion to realize or search the truth, which Jesus's or Mansur AlHallaj's or Kabir's or Mohammad's or Buddha's or Rumi's or Bulleh Shah's or others'--with state of union with the oneness or realization of the non-dualism where it remains the only truth-- lives epitomize the best.

May the Oneness, help us reach the same realization of Jesus, If that is what you believe in; though every belief, ritual, word, religion, action, sect, breath, then, now, this, that, everything points to or means or in essence is nothing but the Oneness--or Allah, Yahweh, Khuda, Ram, Ahura Mazda, OM, God or however you may choose to call. Amen.

Allow me to quote, one of my masters, Sachal Sarmast or simply: Sachoo's, poem. He in his ecstatic state said:

You by yourself, know what is in your form!
Why chant 'Allah Allah'? Find Allah within you.
You listen, you see, Allah's word is witness,
There is no doubt, O Sachal! that the Lord is One!

Amen.

*I dedicate this little piece of my minute opinion to my sister, Nainz. Allah Always Knows Best. Amen.

Discussion 1

what is anything?

Perhaps the answer is to let the idea that is a human, decide how to submerge with the vastness.

exploring feelings

  1. Feelings cannot be conveyed in anyway. For example, unless I tell you I am happy or sad you the reader have no idea what I am feeling. Even if I tell you I am happy or sad, you would have no idea how happy I am, what kind of happy I am whether I am euphoric or just plain feeling good. Plus, what is happiness cannot be put into word. We just assume that the feeling you associate with the word happiness is the same feeling I am associating with happiness; however, there is no way to independently check if we are correct.  In addition, happiness is not one feelings but as we have experienced already, happiness can be of various kinds and degrees. One form of happiness when we get a job promotion, another when we have a new born and many more. Therefore, we have to take the help of empathy which is just take a leap of faith and assume that others associate the same feeling we do to happiness. The same is true with for all the feelings.
  2. Humans are nothing but a amalgamation of self aware feelings, also called consciousness. The most basic entity of being human is feeling. Take feelings out, and you are left with the body as in the case of a dead body. If you or any human have feelings but you are not aware of them, then those feelings are as good as not being there.
  3. Here we are presented with dichotomy, feelings are the most essential part of us being human yet we cannot convey our feelings. The most we can do is be at the mercy of empathy to help us convey feelings to whatever that might be.
  4. Yet we have discourse about feelings. So what exactly are we doing when we are talking about feelings? We have to go back to how we learn about feelings and to have discourse about them if we want to answer that question. We basically learn to have discourse about feelings through emotions the outward or physical response of feelings. For instance, laugh when we are happy, tears when we are sad and so forth. We learn to tell others that we prefer laugh over tears while others seem to convey the same opinion that they prefer laugh over tears. Yet, we both know that we are not looking for the outward reactions in the form of emotions rather we are looking for feelings that produce these emotions or the inside state of being our consciousness. After all, we can fake tears or laugh yet its not the same thing unless its accompanied with a feeling. Therefore, we can have discourse about feelings only to the extend of emotions; if we feel something that is not accompanied by its own unique emotion or if we feel something new and its accompanied by its own unique emotion not seen before by anyone else, your feelings are bound to be misunderstood. Unless, others come up with the same emotion spontaneously, even then there would be no independent way of checking if the feeling produced is the same as yours.
  5. Therefore, words will always be inadequate as explaining feelings.
  6. When we talk about feelings we are actually talking about emotions the outward physical appearance of feelings.
  7. Independent way of verifying if my and your feelings are the same other than using words to explain them, will always put us into trouble. We can also conclude language can only be used to convey actions or physical things or the relation between the two.
  8. We can only be sure about our own feelings and never about other person's feelings.

Not You, Not me but everything, the one

Thank you for the pain you endow on me,
I was reckless,
I was not able to see your love for me,
I was not able to see you me this that you me everything,
Now that I see, I see from your eyes,
I swear its painful,
Its painful for me, but you understand it.
My love for me, my love for you, my love for everything is ever lasting.
I am grateful, ever grateful, my whole existence cannot repay you,
For you have showed me the path.
The path of the learned, the path of the lovers, the path of enlightened ones.
I am going to go by, as I do, as a mere person.
If I dare to show myself, myself, myself, myself
I will be the ranks of your beloved,
I do not deserve to be one of them my love,
I am ever thankful to you,
You that no one understands but who you choose
Let me be humbled
Let me keep this pain, as your love for me
Let me serve you, as you want me to,
But I will, my love, I will.

Lover's plea

My lover and my beloved,
I have seen you, I have felt you
Yet you escape me.

I have left the minarets of mosques
I tried to seek you in godlessness of temples
I even let myself go in the presence of christ
Yet, I fail to find thee.

I intoxicated myself,
I obliterated myself,
and every time I forget myself
I am given a fruit from your presence
A presence that only reminds me of me

who are you?
At least, for the sake of a moment's satisfaction
tell me, who am I?
I am left to do things here without my control.

I have hoped to do one thing that enables me
I have dreamed of achieving the heights others have
but without here right now, where can i be?

I wish I was annihilated, burnt in all consuming fire
if that is what it takes to see you.
Accept my humble prayer, in your majestic presence
My insides cannot take this anymore.

Take mercy on me, grant me thine love
for all i want is thee.

Existence and Death (Dedicated to Dada)

Everything that we know around us is through our five senses, if we loose all our senses, we will cease to exist. Therefore, we can only know anything through our own experiences. We might say that we can get knowledge from other people's experience but we have to realize that this knowledge is transferred through words, and the words that one might choose to convey a particular experience or a mental picture to another person, might create a different mental picture than the one person is trying to convey. And, the only way to check if the mental picture formed through our words in other people's mind is same or not is through using more words. We will be content that the other person's mental picture is the same if the other person uses words that we believe should be used to describe our mental picture. However, each word that each of the persons will use to communicate that mental picture will have its own unique experience attached to it that both people might or might not have in common. However, lacking an independent method of confirming if the mental picture or understanding formed through the use of words is same or not, we have to take for granted that words we are using will create our experience or convey it to a certain extent. We are forced to live in a facade of words without actually realizing that other person might never understand what is going on in your, mine or any ones' mind.

That being said, my senses tell me that when people die they cease to exist or in other words loose all their senses. Likewise, when I sleep (dreamlessly), I loose all my senses until i wake up or am woken up by stimulating one of my senses, for instance by a loud noise. The only difference I see between sleep and death is that in death senses cannot be stimulated anymore and in sleep our senses can be stimulated to wake us up and experience reality through our available senses. Perhaps, I can say sleep is a temporary death. At the same time, I like sleeping dreamlessly because I am numbed out from reality, nothing is, my consciousness is not aware of any pain or happiness, the essential element of my existence "I" ceases to exist. Therefore, if sleep is something like death and I enjoy sleeping then I will greatly enjoy death.

And, this is the reason that gives me solace that my beloved grandfather is in a better place in his death. I realize we all sleep, I realize I will die, and one day will be reunited with him and that he is balling out right now up there. Love you Dada!
